Description
Excellent for machines equipped with a softening system or in the presence of soft or medium-hard water (with hardness not exceeding 25°F). Strong degreasing power, it eliminates food residues, fats, oils, wine, sauces and greases without leaving streaks or limescale deposits on plates, dishes, cups and glasses. Do not use on surfaces made of aluminum or containing rubber parts. Suitable for the application of HACCP self-control plans.
