Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions of sale are understood to be fully accepted by the customer at the time of order.

Acceptance of orders
Orders are to be understood subject to acceptance by MP SERVICE Srl.

Prices
The prices shown are excluding VAT, transport and any additional payment costs, these costs are displayed at the time of the order summary, before proceeding with payment.

Minimum Order
There is no minimum order.

Buyers
Anyone in possession of a VAT number or Tax Code can purchase on the website www.b24store.it for the entire Italian national territory and the European Union (to be understood as constituted in accordance with the legislation in force at the time of the order).

Shipping
The shipment of the products in Italy is carried out by the National Express Courier BRT or other similar courier.
The shipping costs correspond to an amount of 9.90 euros + VAT for each order of less than 200 euros of taxable amount and to any destination in Italy (except for disadvantaged areas, listed below and for which additional costs will be required shipping)
The shipment of products in Europe is carried out by Euroexpress or DPD couriers. The costs listed below will be applied (except for disadvantaged areas or particular regions and areas such as the Republic of San Marino for which additional shipping costs will be required).
It is understood that in the event of non-acceptance of the request for additions to the shipping costs, the order will be canceled and any amount paid will be returned.

The costs are to be understood in Euros and all WITHOUT VAT.

In Italy, orders with a taxable amount exceeding 200 Euros are excluded from the shipping costs, while for all other countries the indicated cost remains fixed (whatever the amount in the cart), except in specific cases with dedicated coupons or vouchers.

The Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta / Melilla, Azores / Madeira, Ulster (including the islands), Eire are excluded from shipments.

Also excluded from shipments: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.

With regard to the aforementioned excluded countries or for special cases, countries not directly mentioned in this table, contact the Store Customer Service directly.
In the case of foreign companies with VAT valid for EU cross-border transactions, the VAT in the shopping cart must not be calculated (neither for the taxable amount nor for the shipping costs).

Italian VAT for foreign orders will be calculated only for private orders or those who do not enter VAT / or for VAT not valid for EU cross-border transactions, in those cases VAT at 22% will be applied (or as defined in the product sheet).
For particularly disadvantaged areas or in cities with autonomous statute in which there are customs duties such as for the Republic of San Marino or present in the dedicated table MP Service Srl considers itself free to take over or not the purchase and the relative shipment, and in if so, to increase shipping costs if you deem it necessary, it is therefore advisable to contact customer service before making the purchase.
The delivery times of the material, from the time of shipment, vary for Italy (on average) from 1 to 3 days up to 5 days for disadvantaged areas (see Table attached PDF here).

It is specified that the time indicated for shipping is always and in any case subject to variations due to force majeure and unforeseen events not attributable to the Company MP Service Srl.

Work interruptions resulting from force majeure exempt MP SERVICE Srl from observing the delivery time indicated, without however giving the customer the right to claim compensation for damages of any kind.

The goods must always be collected by the buyer and must never be left lying.
Any costs of storage, warehousing, etc. however they will be charged to the customer.

The delivery of the product will be carried out in Italy and in all states belonging to the European Union, the shipping costs for European countries outside Italy are indicated and calculated before the conclusion of the order.

Delivery time
The order is processed within the day following the payment or acceptance of the order in the case of cash on delivery payments.
The validity of the order fulfillment times depends on the availability of the goods in stock.
In case of unavailability, the waiting time will be communicated via e-mail or telephone.
In case of non-acceptance of the waiting times, the customer has the possibility of total or partial withdrawal with consequent reimbursement of the value paid.

Packaging
Standard free.

Guarantee
All (compatible) items sold www.b24store.it are covered by the manufacturer's warranty valid throughout the Italian territory.
In order to obtain the repaired or replacement product, if approved by the manufacturer, the defective product must be sent specifying the reasons for the defect.
It is always advisable to send a photo via email to info@b24store.it before returning the purchased product.
The Shipping Office of MP SERVICE Srl will proceed to verify the defect and the times for restoring the defect will be communicated via email with the replacement transport times without any other additional costs on the part of the buyer.

Complaints
Any claims for damage or tampering during transport must be reported to the carrier upon receipt and communicated to MP SERVICE Srl within 8 days via email to info@b24store.it or via PEC to mpservice@pec.b24service.com.
After this deadline, the complaint can no longer be accepted.

Right of withdrawal
A. Pursuant to art. 64 and ss. of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, the consumer, within 14 calendar days (except as established by art.65 paragraphs 3-4-5) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in next point C.
B. To exercise this right, the Customer must send to the e-mail address info@b24store.it a "Withdrawal Notice", also indicating the bank details necessary for the return of the sums paid.
C. the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, attached software, etc...);
- The right applies to product purchased in its entirety, you can not exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (eg accessories, software attachments, etc. ...);
- the law does not apply to products purchased and made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, it must be inserted in a second box, in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided;
- the goods subject to exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of conservation, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore, used products that show signs of damage or dirt will not be accepted and which consequently can no longer be considered intact;
- the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
- in case of damage to the goods during transport, Mp service S.r.l. will notify the Customer of the incident (within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;
-Mp service S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
D. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Mp service S.r.l. will refund the customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the credit card by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
E. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Mp service S.r.l. make sure:
- the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
- a state of dirt and / or deterioration of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.
The costs and risks of transport for the return are fully borne by the customer. The return of products that are not intact, deteriorated or lacking original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by Mp service S.r.l. and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Mp service S.r.l. will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT, BE PROTECTED
All our shipments are insured.
The integrity of the package must always be checked at the time of delivery. Only in this way, if the goods are damaged, will it be possible to proceed with a replacement or refund.
If the external packaging is damaged or defective, you can proceed in two ways:

  • Do not accept the delivery and immediately send us a report to the address info@b24store.it, inserting in the subject the order number (also found in the order confirmation email) and the reference name.
  • Collect the package, signing with a specific control reserve for these cases: specific reserve for folded packaging, ruined packaging, dented packaging, scratched packaging, wet packaging, damaged goods, drafted goods, scratched goods, broken glass, etc…
    Signing with reserve is the buyer's right, protecting him from damaged or defective purchases. Check that the courier has noted the 'specific' reservation, reporting the problem encountered on the proof of delivery to be signed. The courier will then have to issue the paper copy of the delivery slip.

Once the goods have been collected:
Before opening the package received, it is advisable to take photos of the packaging to certify its integrity. Important: the product box must be kept at least until the regular functioning of the product has been verified, as being an integral part of the product itself it will be returned together with it in the event of a return.
In the event that the packaging is damaged, the product itself damaged and/or not working and a signature with reservation has been made:
You must send a report via email to the address within 3 working days of delivery info@b24store.it, inserting the order number and reference name in the subject. Describe what happened and attach a copy of the paper slip signed with specific reservation and photo of the damage found on the property.
In cases where a reserved signature has not been affixed or photos which can demonstrate the state of the packaging and the product have been sent, MP Service S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the return of goods for possible replacement or refund.
